YOUR TALENTS   You possess a keen ability to deep dive into diverse markets.  Whether it’s the industrial or construction sector, you have a knack for identifying trends, predicting customer proclivities and gaining competitor intelligence.  This has enabled you to develop and execute focused marketing and communications plans that have provided your past employer’s with a competitive advantage. You have demonstrated successes in working closely with R&D/Production and Sales Groups to re/establish brands and launch new products, adding to your capacity to be successful in this new position. Your strong understanding of your “audience” has aided you when developing clever marketing presentations and collateral for trade shows, distributors and customers.  You are tech savvy and well versed in utilizing Salesforce or other CRM software. Keeping up with new marketing methodologies, you have integrated social media, web optimization and other non-traditional vehicles to promote your division’s products and further penetrate the market.

WIN THE JOB   Your post-secondary education in marketing, along with 8+ years of progressive experience, ideally working in an industrial marketing position or with a Creative Agency, will heighten you in this competition. Having the competencies to lead and mentor a small team, along with managing vendors, adds to your ability to attain this role. Microsoft Office and experience with Sales Force or a related CRM software is also very valuable. Please note that there is minimal (scheduled) travel that will be required, so a valid passport and the ability to travel to the USA and internationally is compulsory.
