My client, an established commercial real estate company who develops, owns and strategically partners, is looking for a motivated and engaged Senior/Property Management Administrator (S/PMA)or Assistant Property Manager (APM) who has an desire to transition their career and become their newest Property Manager (Edmonton, AB) for a one year term position. Offering the likelihood that this role will become permanent, you will oversee a stable and profitable industrial portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Property Management, you will receive a good orientation, mentoring and the opportunity to step into a PM role and be accountable for managing a mixed use, well established industrial portfolio.

TALENT As an experienced PMA or APM, you are ready to take that step to become a Property Manager. You have been regaled for your timely and thoughtful approaches to problem solving, along with your foresight to identifying challenges before they occur. As a result you have a very good track record for communicating well with tenants, vendors, and contractors, ensuring the portfolio is running in an optimal manner. You are highly organized and detailed in your approach to your work, including having been involved in budgeting. You aren’t afraid to make decisions, ask questions and you know how to clearly communicate expectations.
INTERESTED? Your post secondary education and/or commercial real estate certifications, along with exceptional communication dexterity, self-reliance and 5+ years exposure in commercial property management, as a APM or S/PMA with exposure to working with commercial real estate tenants, provides you with a strong foundation for this position. You possess a current real estate licence. As mentioned, this is a one-year term position that offers you career growth by way of moving you into a Property Management role. This position has very good ability to become permanent based on company constant growth.
