RESPONSIBILITIES As the Manager, Business Development, you are responsible for new business development and marketing activities for the organization. Working with a small BD team and reporting to the Canadian Sales Leader, you will collaborate with the other sales related executives and peers, including the Manager of Projects, Manager of Key Accounts and Distribution, Engineering and Customer Service, ensuring the organization interdependently executes and delivers its planned revenue and margin growth objectives.
REQUIREMENTS You can easily demonstrate consistent success patterns in developing/executing strategic sales plans, developing new business and generating sales. Possessing a minimum of 10 years sales and business development experience with manufactured, industrial products, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and/or related field, will elevate you in this competition. Written and oral communication dexterity, experience including partnerships, acquisitions and national or regional sales agreements and demonstrating a strong presence will add to your success.
COMPENSATION An excellent six figure comprehensive compensation package awaits the right candidate, including an RRSP match, health spending account, bonus and other perks. Please note that there is travel associated with his position.
