Owners Representative Manager (Edmonton, AB)

Your Responsibilities Reporting to the President, you will lead and act as a valuable pivot in the development (build to suit, expansion) and tenant improvement (TI) projects area, working with internal construction/development teams and external vendors. You will have the ability to “fly” and authentically be encouraged to take charge in creating stakeholder success. Your role will call upon your exposure to contracts, leasing, capital & TI projects, construction and development,   tenant and owner relations, design, vendor management, budgeting and cost control management, and relationship management. Your professionalism, high-level tenant engagement, interpersonal and communication dexterity, along with the ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary and high-performing professionals are essential to your success.
