Role Overview: As a sophisticated Senior/Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing all systems and processes related to a leading a high-value and beautiful downtown property, meeting the obligations and expectations of your tenants. Leading a diverse and onsite team of 7+, inclusive of Leasing, Concierge Services, Service Management, Community Administration, and contract staff (24 hr security, janitorial,), you will ensure high level transparency, quality assurance, collaboration and clear communication is practiced to ensure quality outcomes are attained. Your primary focus will revolve around delivering high level and consistent practices, applying your talent for timeliness, communication, organization, detail, vendor management, managing risk and budget review. You will lean heavily on your proven expertise in multi-family property management and people leadership. Solid customer service exposure, perhaps from your pervious career hotel experience or the like, and an understanding of property managing a high value multi-family downtown property, inclusive of numerous amenities, will elevate your capacity to be successful.
