My client, an established commercial real estate company who develops, owns and strategically partners, is looking for a motivated and engaged Property Manager who has an desire to enhance their career and become their newest Intermediate Retail Property Manager (Edmonton, AB). Reporting to the Director, Property Management, you will receive support and mentoring, allowing you to develop your skills and and grow your career.

TALENT As an PM you are ready to take that step to increase your skills and lead a substantial retail portfolio. You have been regaled for your timely and thoughtful approaches to problem solving, along with your foresight to identifying challenges before they occur. As a result you have a very good track record for communicating well with tenants, vendors, and contractors, ensuring the portfolio is running in an optimal manner. You are highly organized and detailed in your approach to your work, including having been involved in budgeting. You aren’t afraid to make decisions, ask questions and you know how to clearly communicate expectations. Your exposure to Yardi Voyager and the related accounting efforts that accompany a PM role will allow you to acquiesce well into this new position.
INTERESTED? Your post secondary education and/or commercial real estate certifications, along with exceptional communication dexterity, self-reliance and 5+ years exposure to retail commercial property management has you ready to take this next step in your career. You possess a current real estate licence along with a related CRE designation.
