Role Overview: As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a small property management team, ensuring that high level transparency, collaboration and communication is practiced. Your primary focus will revolve around ensuring tenant and client satisfaction is met at a high degree, applying your talent for timeliness, organization and detail, and budget management, leaning on your 5+ years of proven expertise in commercial property management arena. Solid exposure and an understanding of preventative/maintenance, cap ex, seasonal projects, vendor management, onboarding new properties. budgeting and reporting will elevate your capacity to be successful.
