• Attend to any preventative, on-going and reactive maintenance, including fixing/upgrading meters, painting, general repairs, pump usage, etc.)
• Attend to and provide repair work in confined or small spaces
• Seek out and oversee vendor/work (seasonal or specialized), including approving and submitting invoices for payment
• Deliver notices and enforce/manage rules and regulations
• General security (i.e.: reporting any unregistered vehicles)
• On call for emergencies as they occur
