As the Director of Operations, you’ll play a central role in elevating how we work across people, process, and performance. You’ll help my client stay grounded in execution while ensuring the organization is humming with healthy, sustainable energy. While you won’t be leading financial strategy, your ability to read and interpret financial reports will allow you to steer resources wisely and support smart decisions.

You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Executive Team, serving as the glue that holds cross-functional goals together and the engine that drives them forward. From optimizing day-to-day systems and ensuring resource alignment to elevating how we hire, onboard, and engage talent – this is a role for someone who makes things better without ever losing sight of the people doing the work.

Your 1st Year | Those first few months are always crazy as you acquaint yourself with your new environment. However, you can expect your first year to be quite rewarding. You will focus on building strong, trust-filled relationships; streamlining and strengthening operational practices across systems, people, and performance; supporting the cohesion of a shared leadership model. You’ll lead initiatives that elevate recruitment and hiring, onboarding, and talent engagement – always with a lens toward sustainability, alignment, and impact. You’ll navigate operations with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, rolling up your sleeves when delving into operational efforts and projects, including people management, technology advancement, ongoing marketing initiatives and client satisfaction, all while always keeping an eye on the big picture. You definitely won’t be bored!
