COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER – NO LONGER AVAILABLE

Our client, an entrepreneurial and growing private developer and owner of Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate, is in search of a talented Assistant Property Management to assist with their high value Edmonton based commercial portfolio.  Having earned a reputation for operating with in-depth bench strength and a tenant-centric mindset, they are excited to add a like-minded professional to their high functioning team.  As their new Assistant Property Manager, (Edmonton, AB), you will collaborate and play a critical role in creating superior tenant satisfaction by applying a senior administrative and hand-on service approach that will result in the operational excellence of the portfolio.

Your Talent | Receiving support and reporting to the COO of commercial, you will lean heavily on your vast property management administration and operational intelligence, including being the prime contact for tenants, being active on sites and communicating with operations, vendors and accounting.  Beyond your capability to add depth to the current operation, your aptitude for effective communication and dexterity for developing transparent relationships, with tenants, teams, peers and the leadership group, is key to your success and advancement. You possess a penchant for being hands-on, proactive when working with accounting on the financial drivers, and being highly organized. Your flexible knowledge base and property competencies that have assisted you in delivering service excellence.   You possess the emotional intelligence to manage and address a wide range of activities that will require you to apply critical thinking, a tactical mind set and strong attention to detail as you work as the right hand person to the COO, jointly meeting objectives and generating above average accomplishments.
