Our client, an entrepreneurial and thriving commercial real estate company whose efforts include the development and management of their privately owned assets, is looking to add to their Edmonton Team. In your new role, you will partner with the Leasing and Property Management team, overseeing the property administrative and leasing efforts attached to their portfolio and acting as a first point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, assisting in leasing documentation and working with the accounting department as it relates to the aforementioned. As the Property Administrator – PA (Edmonton, AB) you will have the opportunity to work closely with a focused and highly knowledgeable team, promoting your capacity for adding value to the operation and demonstrating your resourcefulness, flexibility, intellect and high attention for detail.
