Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative (Edmonton, AB) – NO LONGER AVAILABLE

Our client, a highly successful and well established  company, headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, is looking  to add a savvy and energetic Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative (CSR) (Edmonton, AB – central- south east) to help them remain an industry leader within the  Western Canadian market place. Producing a range of specialty engineered construction and industry-based products in the earth works containment arena, this entrepreneurial and privately owned business has formed a happy, integrated and people-based culture that recognizes and rewards talent for their contributions.  If you have a penchant for inside sales and customer service and are motivated to work in a positive environment that has an industry diverse customer base, this may be the right opportunity for you.

YOUR TALENTS   You possess a keen ability to develop relationships quickly and assess customer needs, demonstrating a knack for negotiating, listening and problem solving.  This has enabled you to develop and execute inside sales efforts well, including following up with past customers. Your initiative has led to consistent successes as you work closely and collaboratively with the Outside Sales Groups along with developing your own accounts, namely with contractors, private business and the like. Your strong understanding of your “audience” and product knowledge has aided you when helping develop estimates, quotes, supporting marketing initiatives and up-selling. You offer very good written or oral communication dexterities and you are the type of person that goes the extra mile with your customers to ensure fulfillment.

YOUR ABILITIES   Your forward thinking attitude, self-reliance and professionalism has allowed you to create results by connecting quickly with your customers. Your time management skills and attention to detail are stellar and have assisted you in expediting orders in a timely manner to meet customer demands and schedules. Your written and verbal communication competencies are equally good, along with your listening dexterity and capacity to assess, execute and follow-up. Proficient in Microsoft Office, you are also able to perform basic mathematical calculations easily. Lastly, former colleague and leaders have regaled you for positivity, self-motivation and enthusiasm.

WIN THE JOB   Your combination of education and 3 – 5 years experience in inside sales or as a CSR, is ideal to create success with this new job.  Exposure within the industrial or construction industry in earthworks, environmental engineering or geosynthetics would be considered an asset, along with computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, Internet, Database or CRM Management Systems). Your  motivated, reliable and energetic personality will set you apart of your competition.
