Our client, an extremely successful and multi-location (CAN) business that is head-quartered in Edmonton, Alberta, is looking to add a Senior Manager, Field Operations, (Edmonton, AB) to their corporate team. Reporting to the VP Operations, you will play a key role for this vertically integrated organization, ensuring all Canadian locations are operating at their highest potential, optimizing systems, processes and marketing programs in order to create high level return on investment, engagement and enhanced value proposition of the company.
YOUR NEW POSITION As the Senior Manager, Field Operations, you will apply your hands-on strategic talent and act as a valued resource to a variety of business partners across Canada in an effort to manage, maintain, and monitor quality, revenue generation and compliance. As such, you will coach, mentor and be a corporate liaison, commencing new locations, assisting any struggling operations, helping train managers and staff and ensuring programs and promotions are being well utilized. From a marketing perspective, you will ensure locations are engaging with their community and actively marketing the business.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN THE JOB Your past experience in the areas of marketing, sales, franchise management, operations and/or quality assurance, where you have directly worked with a sales group, branches and/or field locations to improve financial outcomes, maintain high quality standards and protect the brand value will elevate you in this competition. Your demonstrated success patterns, capacity to be self-reliant and ownership of your past responsibilities is key to our client. Possessing solid computer skills, a professional demeanor, above average written and oral communications skills and a flexible personality will add to your success in this role. You have a track record for being adaptable and discerning, learning things quickly. Having the capacity to travel (mostly scheduled M-F, estimated at 50%), a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record, time management skills and leading a small team is also desirable.
